Lemon Meringue Gateau

Lemon sponge soaked in lemon syrup and layered with lemon curd, white chocolate truffle and meringue pieces. 

Irish Cream Gateau

Vanilla sponge soaked in Irish Cream syrup  and layered with chocolate ganache and cream.

Black Forest Gateau

Chocolate sponge soaked in Kirsch syrup and layered with cherry conserve, cherries and cream.

Double Chocolate Gateau

Chocolate sponge soaked in vanilla syrup and layered with chocolate ganache, white chocolate truffle and chocolate cream.

Chocolate Hazelnut Gateau

Chocolate sponge soaked in vanilla syrup and layered with chocolate hazelnut spread, homemade almond praline and chocolate cream. Finished with Ferrero Rocher. (Add £2.50 to medium and £4 to large gateau prices.)

Strawberry Gateau

Vanilla sponge soaked in vanilla syrup and layered with strawberry jam, fresh strawberries and cream.

Tiramisu Gateau

Vanilla sponge soaked in an Irish cream and  coffee syrup and layered with an Irish cream and coffee cream. 

Caramel and Peanut Gateau

Chocolate sponge soaked in a vanilla sponge and layered with chocolate peanut ganache, homemade praline and chocolate cream.

Banoffee Gateau

Vanilla sponge soaked in vanila syrup and layered with chocolate ganache, banans, salted caramel and cream.
