Lemon Meringue Gateau V

Lemon sponge soaked in lemon syrup and layered with lemon curd, white chocolate truffle and meringue pieces. 

Contains: Wheat, Egg, Milk, Soya

Irish Cream Gateau V

Vanilla sponge soaked in Irish Cream syrup  and layered with chocolate ganache and cream.

Contains: Wheat, Egg, Milk, Soya, Sulphur Dioxide

Black Forest Gateau V

Chocolate sponge soaked in Kirsch syrup and layered with cherry conserve, cherries and cream.

Contains: Wheat, Egg, Milk, Soya

Double Chocolate Gateau V

Chocolate sponge soaked in vanilla syrup and layered with chocolate ganache, white chocolate truffle and chocolate cream.

Contains: Wheat, Egg, Milk, Soya

Chocolate Hazelnut Gateau V

Chocolate sponge soaked in vanilla syrup and layered with chocolate hazelnut spread, homemade hazelnut praline and chocolate cream. Finished with Ferrero Rocher. (Add £2.50 to medium and £4 to large gateau prices.)

Strawberry Gateau V

Vanilla sponge soaked in vanilla syrup and layered with strawberry jam, fresh strawberries and cream.

Vanilla sponge soaked in an Irish cream and  coffee syrup and layered with an Irish cream and coffee cream.

Caramel and Peanut Gateau V

Chocolate sponge soaked in a vanilla syrup and layered with chocolate peanut ganache, homemade praline and chocolate cream.

Banoffee Gateau V

Vanilla sponge soaked in vanilla syrup and layered with chocolate ganache, bananas, salted caramel and cream.
