Founded in 2010, we begin life as Sucre Dente Patisserie. Since then we have under gone a lot of changes, not just with our name. Having started the business in Birstall from our kitchen table, we have now moved to Old Dalby and a brand new purposely-built commercial kitchen. As a result, we have succeeded in creating a business that is still small enough to be personal, allowing us to share our love and knowledge of our craft, whilst maintaining the efficiency of a larger kitchen.

Caroline has an artistic background studying Art and Design at college before going on the complete a 3 year NVQ course in hospitality and catering. The two combined started a passion for creating beautifully bespoke celebration cakes.

Ashley comes from a family of bakers and has worked in a patisserie kitchen since the tender age of 15. This means he can turn his hand to most things whether it be baking simple but delicious sponges or creating delicate chocolate decorations.

At The Little Yellow Patisserie we strive to use the best ingredients possible. None of our cakes or patisseries are made from a ‘just add water’ mix, we always use real butter, and free range eggs.

We are fully registered with Melton Borough Council and on our last inspection received a 5 star food hygiene rating from them, giving you complete peace of mind.
